Marcafè, Torrefazione Adriatica

For the new Marcafè plant, we carried out a comprehensive set of works for the new production facility of Torrefazione Adriatica, including the design of the Schüco aluminium façade. The project features a fixed thermally broken Schüco FW 50+ curtain wall with aluminium cladding, MGR folding industrial doors, a galvanized Metalco “Style” perimeter fence, and sliding gates with galvanized steel columns.

The works also include rhomboidal roofing with profiled metal sheets and an internal staircase connecting the laboratory to the mezzanine level. We built a cantilevered canopy with a steel structure and pre-painted insulated panels, complete with aluminium fascia and flashing, as well as an indoor painted-steel staircase with perforated metal treads.

The entrance glazing, made with Schüco Royal S 65 profiles, ensures high performance. Completing the project is a steel staircase serving the external walkway.
