Our History
Founded in 1968 by Enzo Reschini, the company began manufacturing aluminium frames and steel structures, anticipating the transformations in the architecture sector thanks to the first computer applications. Today, almost 60 years old, it is a multi-certified industry specialising in the processing of aluminium, steel and turnkey constructions. With a production area of 6000 square metres, Enzo Reschini is recognised as a reliable partner, offering targeted services and consultancy, with particular emphasis on technical support for architects and engineers, guaranteeing innovative solutions and a high level of specialisation.
04-10-1945 The birth of a dream
Enzo Reschini nasce a Corridonia, in una famiglia di origini contadine. Frequenta la scuola primaria e da giovanissimo inizia a lavorare come saldatore. La scelta del lavoro in cui specializzarsi si basa su una esperienza vissuta da ragazzino.
He saw the helm of a plough break in two.
His father's despair was followed by something prodigious to his eyes: the welding of the broken parts. He was so enchanted by it that he dreamt of that job when he grew up.
1967
FOUNDATION
At only 22 years old, Enzo Reschini embraces the impulse
entrepreneurship with the support of his father Guerrino, who accompanied him in his first purchases and gave him the anvil with the hammer.
Without a place of his own to shape his dream,
Enzo, enterprising and determined, approached his neighbour asking to rent his small garage, a room without a floor, half earth and half screed. In this space, devoid of comforts but full of passion, Enzo gave life to the first iron fixtures, enriching his team with his childhood friends and immersing himself in the first fairs with a burning desire to learn about new materials and products.
1968 FIRST REALISATIONS
Following a request from a customer, Enzo Reschini made his first aluminium window frame. As construction progressed, the craftsman turned his talents not only into window frames, but also into iron balustrades, gates and garage doors.1970 – 1979
L’EVOLUZIONE
In the 70s and 80s, Enzo Reschini led the company's growth by first moving into the 250 m2 garage of his parents’ house, with 8-10 workers following, and then in 1975, the year of his own marriage, into the garage of his new house next to his parents’, separating the iron and aluminium lines.
1980 - 1989 Production expansion and new headquarters
During this period of rapid change, Enzo expanded production, expanding the product range with the production of the first curtain walls, and sought new orders outside the Marche region to build a solid future and a diversified customer base. In 1983 he inaugurated the new headquarters in Piediripa.
1990-1999 Technological innovation
In the 1990s, the growing company increased its staff and moved towards technological innovation with the introduction of the first computers; from a family-run artisan business, it was first transformed into a limited company and then, in 1999, into a limited liability company, testifying to a path of modernisation and broader structuring. 
2000-2009 Corporate reorganisation
In that decade, the company, facing the 2004-2005 crisis, initiated a significant corporate reorganisation process to optimise processes and products. To cope with the crisis, it implements diversification strategies, creating the real estate and renewable energy division, obtaining ISO 9001 certification in 2000 and ISO 14001 environmental certification in 2006. The entry of Simona and Emanuele in 2004 helps consolidate this period of change and adaptation.
2010-2019 Strategic Innovation
Reschini coped with the further global crisis with resilience, passionately leading a complete company renovation process, restructuring the offices and factory with dedication. With the introduction of new means, state-of-the-art equipment and machinery, together with an innovative production layout, the company has embarked on a phase of tangible improvement. The enterprising start-up of in-house production of composite materials and the attainment of ISO 3834 and EN 1090-1 certification for structural steel elements underline the company's ongoing commitment to excellence. In 2012, Massimiliano's entry has stimulated both international development with participation in international trade fairs and the opening of a showroom in Tripoli, and research & development with collaborations established with the Marche Polytechnic University and Unicam, focusing on the promotion of turnkey steel frame houses.
