Mullion and transom facades - Schuco FWS 50 - FWS 60

With the thermally insulated Schüco FWS 50 and FWS 60 mullion and transom façade systems, architecturally and artistically elegant vertical façades and roofs can be realised; in particular also segmented outwards and inwards and with large grid widths and installation heights. Roof shapes: from single-pitch roofs to wide-span round arches for large structures, e.g. shopping centres or administration buildings. In addition, the highly thermally insulated .HI variants ensure compliance with current energy-saving standards.

- Integrated fall protection in the profile for full-height opening units and low parapet heights ensure a minimalist and harmonious façade appearance.
- A wide choice of undercover and cover profiles, also in stainless steel, for a variety of design requirements.

Highly thermally insulated all-glass mullion and transom façade for a variety of solutions. Timeless aesthetics combined with maximum functionality - the Schüco FWS 50/60 SG (Structural Glazing) façade system with a visible width of 50/60 mm allows the construction of large-scale all-glass façades including insulating double glazing for excellent thermal insulation. The system can be designed with all-glass coplanar aesthetics or with semi-structural glazing. Further design freedom is provided by the complete range of covers: a horizontal or vertical cover on the façade can create interesting architectural variations. Compatibility with the Schüco AWS 114 window system provides additional functionality and user comfort: manually or mechatronically operated insertion elements with outward-opening or parallel opening projecting windows can be integrated into the all-glass façade with a homogeneous appearance, even for large-format solutions.
