Karim

We built a point-fixed facade in aluminium and stainless steel for the new main entrance of the Karim headquarters. We used metal mullions made of aluminium profiles to define the load-bearing structure. The point-fixed facade features stainless steel spider fittings, fixed with specially designed aluminium accessories. This system highlights the entrance and enhances the building envelope with a precise, technical language.
To complete the character of the building envelope, we built the steel and glass structures of the internal staircases. These, together with the mezzanine, also made of glass and steel, are visible from outside through the glazed facade.
The interior elements interact with the building's front, creating continuity between inside and outside.
Finally, we divided the interior spaces with partitions made by installing large transparent glazed units. This choice increases brightness and maintains visual lightness inside, creating a transparent architecture.
We took care of every detail to achieve a technical, elegant result consistent with the identity of the project.
