At the heart of the project are the Schüco FWS 50 curtain wall and Anthracite Grey thermally broken windows and doors, which provide outstanding thermal and acoustic insulation thanks to the use of 42 dB selective glazing treated with the HST safety process. The visual impact is driven by the dynamic interplay of materials: the elegance of the Etalbond cladding and the texture of the Montana Swiss Panel corrugated sheet are contrasted by the Signal Yellow entrance canopy, an iconic feature that clearly identifies the main entrance. Attention to indoor well-being and sustainability continues at roof level with a bioclimatic pergola featuring adjustable louvres, designed for intelligent control of light and ventilation, together with integrated technical shading systems that optimise visual comfort within the interior spaces.
