SiVa Logistics Complex

For the Siva Srl logistics complex in Guidonia (Montecelio, Rome), we produced windows with high performance for the new buildings.

We supplied and installed Windstop 65 thermally broken aluminium windows, with a 65 mm fixed frame and a 71 mm open-joint vent. For the doors, we used heavy-duty Windstop 65 profiles, ideal for ensuring strength and insulation in intensive logistics environments.

The windows are finished with extruded aluminium reveals, up to 300 mm, for a precise technical finish. The units are glazed with 44.1 Stop Sol Clear laminated glass with raw edges + 16 mm cavity + 33.1 Low-E. This type of glass improves thermal comfort and limits solar transmission in the operational areas.

Alternatively, we installed Windstop 45/52 windows, con sezioni da 45 mm per il telaio fisso e 52 mm per l’anta mobile. Anche questi sono dotati di soglie interne ed esterne in pre-painted aluminium sheet, for greater resistance to the elements.
The glazed units are infilled with clear 33.1 laminated glass or with 44.1 Stop Sol Clear with raw edges, in base all’esposizione.
Thanks to careful installation and the choice of materials, the project combines solidità strutturale, isolamento termico e qualità estetica.
