Tolentino Retail Park, Gesuelli & Iorio Spa

For the Retail Park in Tolentino, a project by Gesuelli & Iorio Spa, we built several large-scale steel structures and aluminum façades. Among the steel works are entrance canopies, external emergency staircases, and structural frames with solar shading louvers that protect the access stairways to the buildings. These solutions ensure strength and safety while maintaining a refined design.

Some of the building envelopes were completed with aluminum curtain walls (Schüco FWS50 and SFC85 systems), while others were clad with Larson composite panels and insulated with sandwich panels. These choices maximize both insulation performance and architectural appearance.
