Private Residence

In this project, we highlighted the dwelling’s contemporary architecture through the use of Schüco sliding systems and curtain walls, designed to ensure maximum natural light, comfort, and aesthetic essentiality.
The large, over eight-meter Schüco ASE 80.HI motorized sliding system, equipped with laminated extra-clear glazing and TipTronic operation, creates total seamless continuity between interior and exterior, while simultaneously ensuring high thermal and acoustic performance.

The entrance and sleeping areas are characterized by a Schüco FWS 50+ curtain wall featuring a 90° structural sealed corner, which emphasizes the purity of the lines and expands the perception of space.
The living area includes Schüco ASE 60 sliding systems and AWS 75.SI fixed window elements, integrated with dedicated thermal sub-frames and water drainage systems for a flawless technical installation.

The project is completed by the custom-made Oikos Synua armoured entrance door, integrated with an automation and digital control system, and structural steel elements designed to support the large glazed surfaces.
A project that unites technology, execution precision, and minimalist design, creating an elegant environment perfectly integrated with the surrounding landscape.
