With Schüco FWS 50 and FWS 60 thermal insulation mullion and transom facade systems, it is possible to create architecturally and artistically elegant vertical facades and roofing; particularly segmented both outward and inward, with significant grid widths and installation heights. Roof shapes range from single-pitched roofs to large-span, full-arch roofs for large structures, such as shopping centers or administrative buildings. Additionally, the high thermal insulation variants .HI ensure compliance with current energy-saving standards.

High thermal insulation mullion and transom curtain wall for a variety of solutions. A timeless aesthetic combined with maximum functionality – the Schüco FWS 50/60 SG (Structural Glazing) facade system with a sightline width of 50/60 mm allows the creation of large glass facades, including double glazing for excellent thermal insulation. The system can be designed with a flush aesthetic entirely in glass or with semi-structural glazing. Additional design freedom is provided by the complete range of covers: a horizontal or vertical cover on the facade can create interesting architectural variations. Compatibility with the Schüco AWS 114 window system ensures additional functionality and user comfort: insertion elements with manual or mechatronic operation, with outward opening or parallel opening projecting windows, can be integrated into the entirely glass facade with a homogeneous aesthetic, even for large format solutions.
